When should I select 'anonymous player'?
When completing an injury report, there is an option to select 'anonymous player'. It's entirely up to the organisation when the anonymous player should be selected (if at all). Below are a few examples when selecting this player could be helpful:
1. A player who is not registered at your organisation
We recommend updating your players list as a when new members join. However, often this is not possible, as new players join through the season. In the event an injury occurs when a player isn't registered, you can use the anonymous player to create a report. You will be able to link he injury report to a player at a later stage once you have uploaded them. Once registered, click on forms > click the anonymous form > click 'player' at the top navigation bar > select the player from the list.
2. Opposition players during a match/competition
When hosting an opposition team, there is a duty of care to look after them and sure injury details are logged if required in future. The anonymous player could be useful here.
