The Concussion Recovery Tool will appear on any and all forms where a head injury has been recorded and a red flag, sign or symptom has been selected. In the Forms section you will seen any players who have had a head injury, and what stage they are at. To access the tool and guidance just tap on the view button on the summary page.
If a player doesn't have icon on the forms or tracker on the summary page it means that no head injury with red flags or signs or symptoms has been logged. If you are concerned about a player, you should log a new concussion and link it to the original incident date.
