How do I report an injury in SportSmart? 

You can report an injury in SportSmart via the homepage. Click 'Log incident' followed by 'Start form'. You will then be guided through a series of questions to provide information on the player, what happened, and what actions were taken. You can find out more about these here. 

Alternatively, if a player has had a head related injury, you can click on the 'Head injury tool'. You can find out more about this tool, here.
