How do I invite others to use the app?

To invite others users (coaches, teachers, etc) to the app, you need to first create a user profile in the admin section.

Follow these steps to get your team using the SportSmart app

1. Click 'users' and then 'add users'.

2. Type in their name, email, and role group

Role group provides different levels of access to the SportSmart app. These can be split into two categories administrative access and medical access.

Administration access: Set your user to 'Organisation admin' or 'Medical admin' if you want to allow the user to access the admin portal (invite other users, upload player information, and invite parents to MySportSmart app).

Medical access: Set your user to 'Medical user' or 'Medical admin' if you want to allow them to provide more detailed information on an injury (e.g. diagnosis). We recommend this for doctors, nurses, physiotherapists or other medically trained professionals.

3. Click 'save'.

The user will now be sent an email inviting them to set up their own SportSmart account.
