SportSmart doesn't offer a way of deleting an injury within the app. Injuries are retained in the system so that you can create a broader picture as to the type of injuries that occur in your organisation, allowing you can make better informed decisions. As such, it is best practice to only start an injury form when an injury has taken place.
The only exception is when you press 'create form' and do not input any further information relating to the injury. In the forms section you will see a 'delete symbol' in the corner of the injury form. Pressing this will remove injury form from your records
You can archive forms. This does not delete the form, but will allow you to keep your forms clean. To do so, click on the folder box at the right of the form. Archived forms are accessible by clicking 'Archived' at the top of the screen. 
Is it possible to request an injury form is removed?
Yes, if you would like an injury form deleting you can contact a member of the SportSmart team (info@sportsmart.org) request the form is deleted. When contacting please provide:
- Name of the organisation
- The name of the player that the injury form is assigned to
- the date of the injury.
