Yes, it is possible to select multiple body parts when reporting an injury.
- When reporting an incident, select each area on the body where an injury has occurred.
- From the dropdown box, select each body part.
- In the section 'describe what is hurting and how it happened' provide information on the injury sustained at each body part.
For the part 'how it happened' you only need to include details in the first body part section. For any further body parts, just type the injury information.
